A flat roof should have a slight incline to allow water run-off. When it doesn't, you get pooling, sagging, blisters and creases - and eventually a leak straight through.

Maintenance advice
Check your flat roof biannually, remove any ponding water within 48 hours of major storms, clear out drains and gutters to reduce dead weight. We can do this for you on a maintenance visit.
